For three days, this annual family friendly art festival transforms downtown Salem into an opportunity for the arts community to showcase their talents. The popular free event will feature many artists and performers, and includes a variety of art, music, dance, and theatre performances. The family-friendly festival also includes art-making for all ages, artisan vendors selling their creations, and a temporary public art installation.

Come to a Cape Ann Vernal Pond Team presentation on snakes, exotic and local, at the Hamilton-Wenham Public Library. Kids will learn all about the habitat and lives of snakes from New England and beyond  from Rick Roth, Executive Director of the Cape Ann Vernal Pond Team.

The Festival by the Sea is an annual event hosted by the Manchester Division of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, this all-day extravaganza taps into the long-line of local talent with musical and artistic performers alike. Festival by the Sea is a celebration of the things that are synonymous with Cape Ann in the summertime: Art, Music & Food ! Booths will be spread throughout downtown Manchester and Masconomo Park. Your senses will be inspired by the beautiful art, extraordinary live music and the aromas of delicious, local foods.

Mark your calendar for Sunday, October 8th for the 3rd annual Magtoberfest. Lexington will be filled with food, music, vendors, and fun. This Community Block Party is also a fundraiser for the Magnolia Library and the Magnolia Community Farmer's Market. A parking shuttle will be available from Stage Fort Park and is an easy way to get to the event.
