In partnership with the Imagination Foundation, the Phoenix School will host its annual Cardboard Challenge at Armory Park in Salem. Join in the worldwide celebration of creativity and imagination where everyone is challenged to design and create using cardboard and recycled materials. The Phoenix School Cardboard Challenge is part of a global Day of Play around the world. The Phoenix School’s Global Cardboard Challenge is an opportunity for kids, parents, students of all ages, adults -- everyone!-- to join in the FUN!
The Manchester Public Library invites kids to the Children’s Room every Monday from 2 to 3 for a different Lego building challenge for kids to complete. Kids can work in teams or alone to complete the challenge and then they can put their creations on display until the next week! Drop-ins welcome! Legos will be portioned into Challenge Sets so no one can use too many but it's first come, first served with the sets. For kids in grades 1 to 5.
The TOHP Burnham Public Library invites teens and tweens to come make their own tie dyes using Shapies! Spaces are limited so sign up early. Bring yout own plain white t-shirt an the library will provide the rest of the materials!
The Marblehead Community Charter Public School is hosting a LEGO Firewalk Challenge to support pediatric cancer research Sunday May 22nd 2016 1pm-3pm. This is a benefit for the MassGeneral Hospital for Children. The school wants to establish a world record at this event, please support this worthy cause!
