Come race the Festivus 5k in downtown Salem Massachusetts and raise funds for the Northshore Education Consortium of Beverly to help them purchase technology to assist and educate children with autism! Festivus 5K (F5K) for Autism is a yearly Festivus-themed holiday race through historic Salem, MA. The event is sponsored by Friends of North Shore Education Consortium. To date, F5K has raised over $80,000 to help children with autism and their families. The 2018 race will raise money to help the North Shore Education Consortium of Beverly, MA educate students with autism.

ECTA is holding its inaugural Thanks for the Trails 5k and Kids Fun Run the day after Thanksgiving at Patton Park in Hamilton. Using a scenic and challenging course and offering great prizes, this will be an event for all! In addition to cash (or gift certificates) for top finishers, and many other terrific prizes, there will be cash prizes for the teams (co-ed) with the most runners and that have the best score (on a traditional XC scoring basis). This race builds on the fine tradition enjoyed by so many for the last 10 years with Gabe's Run, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Gabe's Fund. Whether you seek a personal record or camaraderie with old friends and rivals, this event is for you!
Join the fun for the annual Wild Turkey 5 Mile Run in downtown Salem Massachusetts Thanksgiving morning and raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem! This is the largest race on the North Shore, with 2,000 anticipated participants.The race starts this year on Essex street near the Peabody Essex Museum and runs down Derby Street thru Winter Island around the Salem Willows. The Essex Lion's Club hosts the annual turkey trot in beautiful Essex Massachusetts! This year the race has changed format to a 5K, and a fun walk. Race starts at 1:00 p.m. Registration is at Woodman’s Restaurant (upstairs), 121 Main Street, Essex, from 10:30 to 12:00. This race is sanctioned by U.S. Track and Field and timed by Granite State Race Services. Gauranteed T-shirt for only those that preregister.

Come to Beverly to Race for a great cause! All race proceeds benefit Pete's Park in Beverly named in honor of Pete Frates - the creation of a permanent and lasting playground worthy of Pete's namesake that can be enjoyed and accessed by people of all abilities. The park is in Pete's hometown of Beverly, Mass; and is a place where his daughter Lucy can play with kids of all abilities. All race procedes go to fund park construction. Construction scheduled to be begin in 2018.

The North Shore Cancer RUN will feature a 5K and 10K road race starting at the Cove Community Center in Beverly, MA. Both routes are along the scenic Beverly coast and are “out and back” courses. The cost to participate is $30 prior to the race, $40 on race day.
The Landmark School 5K Road Race is a family fun event that helps support the mission of Landmark School. Run or walk the scenic course then stay for the Fall Festival with kid friendly activities, including their very own fun run. Race open to the community.
