Wenham Museum invites you to come in costume, as a monster, dragon or dinosaur and hear frightfully fun stories, create monster print art and play silly monster games. Explore Wenham Museum’s spring exhibits: 'Draw Me a Story: Paper Monsters' with Ed and Rebecca Emberley a display of lively monster art and 'Pop Goes the Book!' an exhibit of engaging pop-up books.  All Ages.

Kids are invited to come decked out in their most dazzing outfit and join the fun for a sparkly holiday fete (that's fancy for party.) Discover the magic of the holidays as you listen to Fancy Nancy: Splendiferous Christmas , gaze at the Gingerbread Express adn enjoy scrumptious treats! Ages 4+.

At sundown this Halloween weekend, Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary will be transformed into a magical forest with creatures that can talk! Take a guided walk along our Halloween trail, home to some interesting creatures that come out just for Halloween. Learn firsthand about the creatures of the night and some history and myths that surround this spooky holiday.

All ages are welcome for our Fifth Annual Pumpkin Carving contest on Saturday the 27th! There will be some fall snacks, beautiful pumpkins to be carved, and great prizes for the winning pumpkins (both kids and adults).

Kids and their families are invited to the Ipswich Museum for an afternoon of Halloween fun!  There's going to be a haunted house, scary stories, scarecrow building, crafts, snacks and a costume parade, so dress up and come for the fun!

The Gordon College Kids Club is hosting a Trunk or Treat (car trunks that is) Party at the parking lot of the Main Chapel at Gordon College! Cars will be decorated for Halloween and are sponsored by students and local businesses. Costumed children and their parents are welcome to travel through Gordon’s  Trunk or Treat course to get some goodies in their bag and have a blast meeting Gordon students.

Get into the Halloween spirit! Examine live creepy crawlies, enjoy (semi) spooky attractions, go on a nature treasure hunt, and take home creative crafts. For ages 2 to 6, storytelling, songs, and guided games will take place both indoors and out. For ages 7 and up, learn about the deep sea, try one of our ICK-speriments, handle live, slimy, gooey marine life, and enjoy scheduled Halloween nature stories. Fly in on your broom for an hour or stay all day for some fun pre-Halloween family time!

Museum collections come to life in a magical evening of mystery and surprise. Wear your Halloween costumes and take a moon-lit tour of the museum's c. 1690 Claflin-Richard's House, set off on a treasure hunt and enjoy seasonal treats!

Celebrate the service of American veterans in a fun--yet realistic--look at historic military life with veterans and re-enactors from Civil War to World War II, Share the Music strolling singers and a display of letters penned by Civil War and WWII soldiers.

Up, up and away! Grab your cape and fly over to a party that’s out of this world! Test your superpowers in an obstacle course; make a mystical mask and, fuel up on Superman cake.
