Sawyer Free Library invites families to the children's library for the Mike Bent's AbraKIDabra holiday program - Ho-Ho-Hocus Pocus! Just one of the great family activities during Gloucester's Middle Street Walk 2012, Mike's show will entertain kids with the magic of the Holidays! Come join the fun with a winter wonderland of amazing magic, hilarious comedy, music, puppets and snowy surprises. Children (and adults) of all ages will love this show!

Boston Ballet presents an all new production of Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker, November 23 – December 30, 2012 at The Boston Opera House.
New England’s #1 holiday tradition returns to the stage with exquisite new sets and costumes by award-winning designer Robert Perdziola. This world premiere production encompasses the beauty and magic of the traditional Nutcracker story with revised scenes and choreography by Mikko Nissinen. With 250 Boston Ballet School students participating in the production this is a holiday classic for the whole family.
