Beverly's New Year Celebration 2012
Bring your family to Beverly for a wonderful family-oriented New Year Celebration. There's all kind of activities and event planned in and around the Beverly's Downtown area that are designed to entertain and keep families engaged throughout the afternoon.
the celebration kicks off at 3pm, with free activities like Holiday Train Rides, face painting, live DJ entertainment, street games and challenges, clowns, stilt walkers, jugglers, and balloon making. People's United Bank will be offering Free Cocoa & Cookies as well!
There are paid (mostly indoor) events that require a Beverly New Year's Eve Button to attend. Buttons go for $5, and can be purchased at "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" pricing until December 30 at Casa de Moda, the 'Disconnected Kids' - Parental Lecture and the Cabot Street branches of Beverly Cooperative Bank and People's United Bank (formerly Danvers Bank). Buttons will also be available for full price on New Year's Eve.

The day winds up with a Grand Procession Parade, where kids are invited to don a costume and march in the procession, followed by the Kid's Countdown to Ring in the New Year starting at 7:15!
