Learn about alternative protein sources and simple substitutions, along with culinary tips and kitchen techniques.
Recipes may include savory Spinach, Mushroom, & Goat Cheese Strudel, the 'Veggie' Wedge Salad with Roasted Beets, Farm Eggs, & Homemade Russian Dressing, Artichoke & Fava Bean Paella, and delicious Spelt Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips. BYOB beer & wine allowed.
