Come celebrate the City of Peabody’s rich ethnic diversity and heritage at the Peabody International Festival in Peabody’s Square. Bring the entire family for a day of fun, food, games and entertainment steeped in rich cultural traditions.
Dozens of civic organizations, nonprofits, local businesses, cultural groups, crafters and artists will line downtown Peabody with delicious food and beautiful art work inspired from places all around the world. Popular bands and performance groups from around the region will entertain crowds at two stages, each located at either end of the festival. A Kid’s Day program will take place on Walnut Street at East End Veterans Park with lots of music, activities, and games for children of all ages.
The Artists’ Galleria will be back on Foster Street showcasing artwork and paintings from both new and familiar faces. And to top it off, festival-goers will have the chance to unwind and enjoy a cold one from a local brewery as the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce will once again host a Beer Garden on Main Street. Admission is free, so come one come all!
