Essex Bicentennial Fireworks & Celebration

Essex Massachusetts will celebrate its bicentennial with fireworks over Memorial Park!

Join the fun in Essex for their 200th Birthday celebration featuring all kinds of food trucks including Indian food, The Farm Bar and Grille, Pomodori’s Pizza, Trolley Dogs, Cuesta’s Fiesta, Cod Squad, Whoopie Wagon and Mimzee’s. Plus live music by Uncharted Watahs and fireworks by American Thunder. Bicentennial tee-shirts, hoodies, commemorative calendars and Madame Varney tea towels will be for sale.

  • This is a family, alcohol-free event.
  • Fireworks begin shortly after dusk.
  • Municipal parking lot will be closed 
  • On street parking and parking at Essex Elementary
