No fancy pastry here, this workshop embraces the nostalgia of old-fashioned country-style baking here in New England! We'll roll up our sleeves to prepare delicious sweet and savory recipes while learning fundamental measuring and baking principles, along with and proper methods and techniques for quick breads, filled cookies, yeast bread, and seasonal specialty fruit desserts.
Perfect for simple, successful, scratch baking at home! After class we'll enjoy our 'farm bakery' goods along with coffee, tea, or juice. BYOB champagne for mimosas if you like! Workshop includes hands-on participation with chef instruction, printed recipe booklet.
