Summers are a blast at Eurostoves! Our summer kids classes run Monday through Friday (with the exception of July 4th) from 10AM-1PM. You can sign up for one or two classes, the whole week, or several weeks. Each week is a different theme and feature completely new menus for 2016. Classes are intended for kids and teens ages 8 and up. All classes are taught in our spacious, state of the art teaching kitchen and are led by professional chef-instructors. All classes conclude with a feast! Hope to see you this summer!
On day one, we'll dive into the world of cakes and baking, starting with the importance of precise measurement and attention to temperature, then get creative with different flavors and shapes. We'll also make a variety of fillings and frostings, including ganache, fruit curds and italian buttercream.
On day two, we'll focus on filling frosting and decorating a variety of cupcakes. We'll work with chocolate and piping and really get creative with color and flavor.
