My Life, My Health Workshop at the YWCA

My Life, My Health free workshop at the YWCA Greater Newburyport.

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (My Life, My Health) is for anyone living with an on-going medical condition like: high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, asthma, chronic back pain, parkinson's, chronic fatigue, fibomyalgia and more. Family members, friends and caregivers can also participate.

Learn to eat well, control your pain, start an exercise program, handle stress and relax and increase your energy level. Chronic disease, pain and discomfort may limit activites you enjoy. Join the My Life, My Health workshop and start to live again!
