Each year, the Wellspring Award is given at the Women Honoring Women Luncheon to honor women whose lives and work realize Wellspring's vision of a just society by helping to meet basic human needs and participating in social change.

Wellspring House empowers individuals and families to live more secure lives through basic needs assistance, education and job training. Since 1981, Wellspring House has been helping families and individuals on Cape Ann and the North Shore move out of poverty and live more fulfilling lives through the work of providing homes, jobs and education.
