Come join the annual Marblehead Carnival sponsored by Junior Class at Devereaux Beach. Each year this carnival serves as a major fundraiser.  You'll find rides, games, and great food! Come and enjoy some delicious cotton candy, live games, carnival rides, and food trucks all while supporting the Marblehead High School Senior Class! Please come with friends and family to enjoy this wonderful Marblehead tradition!

Dance is a New England folk tradition, and Ipswich Recreation invites you to the fun! Join old and new friends in folk dances, including squares, contras, and circle dances. Egrets-Only, a band and caller of local Ipswich parents, will provide the fiddle tunes and instruction. All are welcome and the dance is gender neutral. Circle, Line, & Square Dances. No partner or previous skill is required. Dancers are encouraged to bring a water bottle to fill as needed and an open heart.

Mini Movers is an engaging dance and movement class for young children at the North Shore Children's Museum. Led by experienced instructors, the program introduces young children to the world of dance in a safe and nurturing environment. Through age-appropriate exercises and playful routines, children develop fundamental physical skills and coordination while having fun. The class takes place in the inspiring setting of the museum, fostering creativity and exploration.

Since 1987, this annual event has entertained guests with music, 100+ craft and fiber artists, demonstrations of traditional shearing and herding dogs, and historic re-enactors on the beautiful grounds of this historic, 50-acre estate. People often tell us that spring doesn't begin until the Sheepshearing Festival! According to Director of Farm and Landscape Operations, Scott Clarke, "We're bringing back our visitors' Festival favorites, like seeing traditional shearing techniques and dog herding demonstrations, and simply enjoying a great time outdoors with family and friends."
