Register today for the BBS Summer Program where children ages 3 and up enjoy a supportive, welcoming, and engaging experience. We had the pleasure to speak with Jessica Kreyer, Principal and Director of the Boston Ballet School Marblehead Studio about the Summer Dance Programs for ages three through adult at the state-of-the-art facility conveniently located on the Salem/Marblehead line within the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA.

 

Kids pre-k through grade 5 will love the engaging, interactive and fun April Vac
Maritime Gloucester has planned a fulfilling and fun week of programs for kids during April Vacation 2015. The programs are geared towards learning about life in the sea, and on it! Daily session are offered through the week, and offerings will be split by age - pre-K through 1st grade and grades 2-5.  These sessions are part story, part presentation and part art or craft project.  Kids will learn about sea life, sail and wind power, lobstering and more!

 

Four days of exploring and natural adventure await your child at IRWS!
Spring is an exciting time for outdoor discovery. This April Vacation week Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary has put together four days of hands-on, awesome activities to explore the natural world in spring. Kids will sharpen their  observation skills as they locate and learn about bugs, search for salamanders, watch birds gather nesting materials, and much more. Participants will be divided into smaller groups by age.

 

Kids will learn about life on the Farm at this April Vacation Program!
Dig into the farm and roll up your sleeves in the kitchen! Kids will discover how delicious food grows on the farm and ends up on their plate every day. In this program, kids will learn a lot about life on the farm and the cycles that farmers must follow to be successful, including:

 

Kids will explore nature and express what they learn through art at Joppa Flats!
Nature's beauty is all around us. Let's open our eyes and explore nature as artistic inspiration! Join teachers Jan and Lee for these series, and learn how creativity intersects with science, technique, and construction in a fun and rewarding way. Materials will be provided. Parents are welcome but not required to stay. Each series requires a minimum of four participants.
