Joppa Flats' engaging and experienced staff will introduce families to local beaches, forests, and wetlands to make observations in nature, identify wildlife, and enjoy hands on science activities outdoors. It's mushroom hunting season! Let's follow the trail in search of fungi on trees, the ground and fallen logs and examine lichen-covered rocks.
- Great For kids aged 4-11
- Joppa Flats will provide all field gear and equipment.
- This is not a drop-off class; all children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- All adults are expected to participate in the program.
