Appleton Culinary Workshop: Joyfully Cooking Your Way to Health & Vitality

Joyfully Cooking Workshop at The Trustees of Reservations Appleton Farms in Ipswich Massachusetts

Create and experience wellness for you and your loved ones through a practical blend of Ayurvedic (traditional Hindu system of medicine) and Functional (identifying root cause medicine) cooking practices.

Each class will highlight approximately a half dozen healthy in-season ingredients (protein, vegetable, herb, fat, fruit, fiber) complemented by the common items stocked in a kitchen. We will focus on seasonal and locally-selected sourced ingredients to prepare and create a variety of healthful, vitality-promoting, and anti-inflammatory dishes that are simple and easy to recreate over and over at home.

We’re offering a three-part series of this class for January, but classes can be taken individually or as a series. Attending the full series will afford you the opportunity to review updates on your progress, and allow for additional follow-up questions to be addressed. However, classes can also be taken individually, and you must register for all classes separately.

Space is limited, pre-registration is strongly recommended.
