Coding with Scratch at NYS

NYS hosts a session encouraging kids to learn SCRATCH, a programming interface developed by MIT.

Join Newburyport Youth Services and Seacoast Technology Workshops for an instruction session in SCRATCH, a coding interface for kids developed by MIT. In this fun and action-packed class participants will learn how to program their very own Space Invaders game that can even be played on a mobile device! Each week children will learn to think creatively and learn important problem-solving strategies as they design and program a game that is truly out of this world!
