The NH Maker & Food Fest is back for 2021 and we're excited to once again host a wide variety of Makers for this day of exploration and discovery. The NH Maker & Food Fest, hosted and organized by The Children's Museum of New Hampshire in Dover, is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists, to chefs, the Maker & Food Fest is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects, and for all of us to enjoy fantastic food!
We call it the Greatest Show & Tell (& Taste) on Earth - a family friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness. This year, we're giving our Makers the option of participating not only in-person at the Fest, but also virtually, so look for even more great inspiration, either online or at the Fest!
New this year, we're offering "Pay-what-you-can" admission! Everyone is welcome, regardless of the ability to pay (suggested donation of $5 per person).
Also new this year, we're closing the Fest at 3pm so we can all enjoy a performance by the Kenny Brothers Band as part of the Cochecho Arts Festival. Also happening on the same day and in the lower park is the 2021 Ukulele Festival!
COVID health and safety guidelines will be in place for everyone, including Makers.
