The Open Door will hold its 10th annual Empty Bowl Dinner on Thursday, May 13 from 4-8 p.m. at Cruiseport Gloucester, 6 Rowe Square.
Partake in a simple meal of soup and take the bowl home as a reminder of hunger in the world. Bowls have been painted by members of the community over the last several months.
A silent auction will be open from 4-8 p.m.
Tickets are $12 and are available at the door. All proceeds benefit The Open Door.
Extra parking is available at Good Harbor Beach with complimentary trolley service to and from the event site.
