Book or Treat!! The Main Library is giving away one free book to each child/teen who trick-or-treats at the Library as part of Nightmare on Main Street. Join us between 4-7PM on October 24th!

Kids are invited to a fun, interactive music session with musician and story teller Steve Blunt at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers! This family program is for patrons of all ages… featuring mostly humorous original compositions and traditional American & multicultural selections.
In this fun program, kids will explore how magic tricks really work. This program investigates the science behind the “magic” of several classic magic tricks. You might learn how to snatch a tablecloth without disturbing the items on top, make a balloon fireproof, and use electromagnetism to defy gravity. For the grand finale, our educator demonstrates how science can make it safe to lie down on a real bed of nails.
MaryBeth Maes comes to Danvers library for a free concert for Pre-k children! We will sing, dance, learn to count, sing about healthy eating and exercise and much more. We also will play instruments. (older siblings welcome too!)
Johnny the K’s Hats Off to the Family! show is a fun-packed family concert where everyone is encouraged to wear a favorite or crazy hat. Johnny the K is an award-winning performer who educates and inspires his audiences through his dynamic and interactive style of music.

Based out of the North Shore of Massachusetts, Jay has many years of experience, and is sure to put on a great family oriented fun-filled show. Kids are invited to a fun, interactive morning of music and movement with Sarah Gardner at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers! Sarah's act includes the audience as part of the band. With a set of romping songs, kids get to sing, dance and play along to their favorite stomping, jumping, flying, twirling songs. Come join the fun - Sarah keeps the kids playing, singing and dancing!
