Fourth and fifth grade students at Tower School in Marblehead are hosting a 1/2 mile dog parade and party in support of dogs who need homes. Bring your leashed dog (costumes add to the fun) and head to Tower for a great time and a great cause.

Paint Night at Waldorf Moraine in Beverly MA

Waldorf School at Moraine Farm invites us for an evening of water coloring, appetizers and wine on Maraine Farm in the Great Hall. Painting scene of a New England Fall evening, will be led by Branigan Reed.

The event is organized by Heidi Zohn on behalf of the development committee. $40 includes canvas and complimentary food and beverage. All proceeds benefit Waldorf School at Moraine Farm.

Nature Scavenger Hunt at Berwick Academy

Join us at Berwick Academy on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 1–3 p.m. for a creative, nature-based exploration of Berwick’s campus, while learning what makes our PK–4 Lower School a special place to learn and play.

Parents and children will engage in various learning adventures during this creative campus nature tour, while enjoying the Hilltop’s natural sights, sounds, and scents. Families will connect with teachers and current students in the process, with prizes and takeaways included in the experience.

Past scavenger hunts have included a creative campus nature tour, story time in our library, movement activities, outdoor and nature-based art, building in our Fabrication Studio, and more. Interact with Berwick’s teachers and students, snack on some healthy treats, learn about our project-based teaching and learning, and receive prizes and giveaways! We welcome you to our campus for this experience – rain or shine!

On Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 9 am to noon, The Goddard School in Middleton is offering a parent’s shopping day.  Goddard School will watch your children at a price of $30 per child from 9pm-12pm.  We will serve cereal at 9am and pizza at 11:30am.  Cash only payments will be made to the Faculty members at the event. 
This Pajama party and movie event will take place at 244 Maple Street at our school.

Join Waldrof School at Moraine Farm as Josh Golin, Executive Director of the Campaign for Commercial-Free Childhood, talks to us about commercialism’s impact on children’s wellbeing and the effect child-targeted marketing can have on our children, and what we can do about it. Josh will present the latest research on how excessive screen time interferes with children’s wellbeing, relationships and play. This event is brought to you by the Waldorf Community Association, a group of parent volunteers bringing educational offering to the community.
