Fairy + Gnome House Fun for Little Ones at GUS
Fairies, gnomes, fun, and new friends! Join us Saturday, May 5 on the Glen Urquhart School campus as we create magical fairy and gnome houses with found materials gathered from our nature trails. Children age 3 to 6 are welcome to join us with a caregiver for this free morning activity. We are pleased to have creative mindfulness play group Indigo Starr Workshops partnering with us for the event.

At the core of Glen Urquhart School Pre-K program is the student and the excitement of discovery.
GUS Pre-K is a full-day, Monday through Friday program for children ages 3 to 5 years old. These youngest learners come to school with boundless curiosity and an open heart and mind, ready to engage fully with their world as they pose questions, build knowledge, solve problems creatively, and develop relationships with friends and teachers.
8th Grade Project Presentation Evening at Waldorf School
On Thursday, April 26 at 6:30 pm, the Waldorf School at Moraine Farm graduating class, after a year of independent study, presents their projects. The eighth grade projects are one of the unique rites of passage for the graduating class at Waldorf School at Moraine Farm. Students combine the academic, artistic, and intellectual capacities fostered by their Waldorf education to research, develop, and present a project of their choosing.

Beverly Recycles hosts an electronics recycling extravaganza on May 5th. Open to everyone! This is an excellent opportunity to conveniently recycle computers, TVs, air conditioners, and all other electronics. Pretty much anything with a plug! Reasonable rates, and many items accepted for free! Proceeds benefit Beverly High School Athletics and the Beverly Recycles Education Fund. Come to Glen Urquhart School as they host children's performer Parker Bent LIVE from LA for an exclusive free concert for kids! Parker Bent brings his original songs to over 450 kids every week throughout Los Angeles area preschools and beyond. His music is smart, cool, sophisticated, and fun.
