Enjoy the endless decorating options, from frosted candy roofs to pretzel picket fences, and cheerful holiday tunes while sipping hot chocolate and experiencing quality family time. Come celebrate Weir Hill's 50th anniversary as a Trustees property and the grand opening of the Weir Hill Stevens street parking lot.

Come celebrate Weir Hill's 50th anniversary as a Trustees property and the grand opening of the Weir Hill Stevens street parking lot. In partnership with Friends of North Andover Trails join us for a beautiful fall foliage hike to celebrate Weir Hill! The hike will be somewhat hilly and strenous but definitely family friendly and leashed dogs welcome. Enjoy cider and other fall harvest goodies to kick off the hike. The ribbon cutting will take place at 1:15 and the hike will leave shortly after. Come celebrate this special place! This is a free event.

Cooking classes for children and adults

When school is closed, Taste Buds Kitchen is open! A new and unique menu is offered each week. Register for a few weeks or even a single day.

Every day kids make two to three recipes – always one savory and one sweet – while whipping up batches of fun. Younger chefs focus on the basics along with kitchen games while the older camps tackle advanced techniques and culinary challenges. Professional Culinary Instructors and Kid Experts lead the way for a camp your budding chef won’t soon forget! A TBK apron is included for each full-week camper as well as flexible drop-off from 8:30-9:00am for a small fee.

Late Night Moth Hunt at Coolidge Stevens Estate

Come learn about moths at the Trustees of Reservations' Stevens-Coolidge Estate in North Andover

Have you ever wondered about the moths attracted to your porch light? What are they called, what do they eat, why are they attracted to light and where do they go when the summer ends? Join independent researcher Deb Lievens for an illustrated talk about moths inside The Stevens-Coolidge historic house, followed by moth viewing in the gardens at night. Several "viewing stations" with black lights will be setup prior to the talk so that upon its conclusion, we'll have plenty of specimens to view under expert supervision.

This global day of action sees more than 1 billion people in 192 countries participate and we want you to head to the Stevens-Coolidge Gardens to join them. This mid-day event will provide an opportunity for continued learning, making a difference today and in the future, and kid-friendly games highlighting fun ways to take care of our planet. Community groups whose missions coincide with that of The Trustees and Earth Day will be present to share ways to get involved in the community and live a greener life.

Start off your February vacation with a little competitive play. In this morning program, the Stevens-Coolidge Place will host three timeless outdoor games: capture the flag, scavenger hunt and red light/green light. So, get out your detective hats, lace up those winter boots and stretch those hamstrings because this morning will be full of running, jumping and climbing. Capture the flag will begin at 10:30am. Red light/green light and the scavenger hunt are ongoing, stop in anytime.
