The Phillips Academy Music Department will present a spring concert featuring The Fidelio Society, the oldest musical organization on Andover Hill. The program will include a selection of madrigals, sacred, and contemporary music. They will be joined by Tiffany Tien, vibraphone, in the premier also premier a work by Charles Stacy, PA’16, with lyrics by Erika Nork, PA’16, entitled “Bright Filaments, Shimmering.”
Fidelio will also premier an arrangement by Gwyneth Walker, Abbot Academy ’64, of the American folk hymn, “Show Me the Way.” This concert, free and open to the public, will take place in the Cochran Chapel on the Phillips Academy Campus, 180 Main St, Andover, MA.
