YMCAs Healthy Kids Day on the North Shore

YMCA of the NorthShore North Shore Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. This year marks 30 Years of Celebrating Healthy Kids at the Y—that’s 30 years of highlighting how the Y helps build healthy, resilient kids through physical activity, nutritious foods, learning opportunities and more. The day-long event is celebrated by more than 1.2 million participants nationwide. YMCAs across the country host free community events aimed to inspire kids to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months.

Join us for activities throughout our Y on April 30th. Fun for the whole family. Free and open to the community!

To kick-start physical activity and learning now and throughout the summer – a critical out-of-school time for kids – the YMCA of the North Shore is celebrating Healthy Kids Day® with community events for kids and families at YMCA locations on the North Shore. Times and events vary at the different YMCA locations so contact the Y you wish to visit to find out more.
