Pumpkin Fest was rained out, but there was still a chance to carve pumpkins! All carved pumpkins will be put on display at Weaver Pond in Patton Park for all to see. Come check out the spooky, the silly and the creative ways that friends and neighbors carved their Halloween Jack-o-Lanterns.
Pumpkin Fest is a family-friendly afternoon full of fun activities that includes pumpkin carving, activities and games, arts and crafts, a DJ and costume dance party, bouncy house and face painting from 12:30-3 p.m. All activities are open to all and free. The children's costume parade starts at 3:15 p.m. and the pumpkin illumination is at about 5 p.m. at Weaver Pond in Patton Park.
The Annual Marblehead Museum Pumpkin Illumination in collaboration with the Marblehead Family Fund will take place in the Jeremiah Lee Mansion Gardens. All carved, painted and decorated pumpkins welcome. Judging by town “celebrity” judges for categories with prizes. All the town goblins and ghouls will want to stop by to take a peek at these wild creations during the town-wide Trick or Treat. Live music by Karen K and the Jitterbugs
