Saturday Story Hour at Emma Andrews

Kids programming at Emma Andrews Library Newburyport includes frequent Story Hours!

Wouldn't you like to introduce your little ones to reading and the joys of a library? Get them reading early and they will read for life. The Emma Andrews Library at 77 Purchase Street is offering story hours four times a week.

On Wednesdays, 3 and 4 year olds may join us from 9:30 to 10:30 and 4 and 5 year olds from 1:30 to 2:30. We will read 2 or 3 stories and help them create a craft related to the stories to take home.

On Mondays, toddlers and their siblings may come from 9:30 to 10:30.We will again read stories, sing songs, make a craft and play games.

Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30am & 1:30-2:30pm
Saturdays, 9am-3pm

Family Sprouting Melodies

Family Sprouts is back by popular demand. Family Sprouts gathers kids and families together at the Newbury Town Library once a month, and provides opportunities for children of different ages to learn and interact together. Each session includes active music making designed to elicit different responses from the children based on their cognitive, social and physical skills.

Free PSAT Practice Test

Kaplan PSAT Test Practice at Hamilton Wenham Library

Take a practice PSAT test, complete with results, provided free of charge by Kaplan Test Prep.  A proctored PSAT practice test shows students what to expect in a test-like environment.
Students will receive a comprehensive analysis of their performance from Kaplan, detailing individual strengths and weaknesses. Bring a #2 pencil and a calculator to use during the test.
