Fun French Baby Class

French for Babies in Salem MA at Mud Puddle Toys

French native speaker and French teacher Caroline, will introduce the French language to babies with songs, rhythms, and games.

Children from infant to 14 months will learn the colors, sing the most popular French lullabies, and hear numbers, alphabet, animals and more! Each week will have a different theme. A book will be read and toys will at the disposition of the babies during the class.

This four week class starts May 27th. Sign up today as space is limited.

Hop on down to Pickering Wharf for the annual Easter Egg Hunt with The Easter Bunny. Bring the family along for a fun filled time. The hunt starts 1 p.m. at The Happy Sunflower and continues along the Wharf. At 2 p.m., photos with The Easter Bunny in front of The Happy Sunflower.

Event is free for the whole family to attend.

Candy for egg hunt was donated so there may be some with nuts.

Come enjoy a movie with your baby at Cinema Salem on Monday mornings!

Should you take your baby to the movies?  The answer is a resounding YES! Cinema Salem steps outside of their normal operating procedures each Monday morning to create a baby friendly environment for the “Baby and Me Show”.  These showings are especially designed for moms, dads, grandparents, & nannies, and give attendees the chance to see first run movies and enjoy a film with other infant caregivers!

The Salem Children's Charity donates 100% of their funds to Salem kids in need

The 20th Annual Salem Children’s Charity Annual Holiday Fundraiser and Christmas Party at Victoria Station will be held on December 10, 2013. This years event features a Silent Auction, Live Auction and Raffles with fabulous items to bid on including sports collectibles and celebrity collectables. All proceeds go directly to meeting the basic and often emergency needs of Salem’s school children.

Jedi Knight Training

Learn to defeat the Sith and embrace the Light side of the force on Salem Common

Children between the ages of four and nine years old will have a chance to interact with a real Jedi Knight. Jedi Knight Training will be held on the Common — an interactive performance that is great for both boys and girls! Children are led through a series of challenges including Jedi Force Magic, the Laser Balloon Barrage and Jedi Teamwork culminating in an epic lightsaber duel with the Jedi Master himself. This FREE event is open to children aged 4-9, and costumes are encouraged!
