Calling all boys & girls in grades Kindergarten-5! Windhill Realty has a fun challenge for you. Draw your favorite house - yours or a favorite in Ipswich. We're looking for creativity, since we have such a wide variety of houses in our wonderful town of Ipswich. Paint, illustrate, sketch - all mediums are accepted.
What's in it for you? We'll publish your work of art online through our website and social media, give you a great gift bag, and a chance to win the Grand Prize for your age category.
- Grand Prize: 2018 Summer Comp Scholarship towards summer camp of your choice and a collection of art supplies for a prize worth a total of $250.
- Runner-Up: 2018 Summer Camp Scholarship towards summer camp of your choice and a collection of art supplies for a prize worth a total of $150.
What: We are looking for your sketch, coloring, or painting of the exterior of your own house or another favorite house in Ipswich. Do your best work - we are anxious to see your creations! Please keep the size to 8 ½" x 11" and be aware that the artwork will be scanned digitally (make sure it is dark enough).
When: The deadline for dropping off your artwork is 5 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018
Where: Drop off both your completed registration form and artwork to Windhill Realty at 16 Market Street, Ipswich, Massachusetts. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 3.
All completed entries will receive a gift bag. A panel of community judges will determine the winners. Winners will be contacted. The final Art Show and Prize Pickup will be held on Saturday, May 12th at Windhill Realty, 16 Market Street in Ipswich.
