Join The Trustees of Reservations for an Open House at Moraine Farm! We’re very excited to host a Moraine Farm Open House with our property partners this Fall. Happening Sunday October 15th from 11am – 2pm, join us as we open up this very special property for the day. There will be an opportunity to learn all about the work here, including activities from our partners Project Adventure, Waldorf School at Moraine Farm, New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, and the Friends of the Olmsted Landscape at Moraine Farm.

Historic Port of Ipswich Tour

Ipswich Museum hosts a Trails and Sails Historic Tour of the Town of Ipswich Massachusetts as a port.

Join local history buff, Scott Jewell, on a walk around the town of Ipswich and learn about the fascinating history of its former bustling port. Once a hub of maritime trade and commerce, the fate of the port was intricately tied to the rise and fall of the town’s 18th century economy, and the fortunes (and misfortunes) of many of its residents. Part of Trails & Sails.

Drop-in Open House at the Nature Center

Drop-in Open House at the Bradley Palmer State Park Nature Center in Hamilton Ipswich Massachusetts

Explore the Nature Center at your leisure. The Park Interpreter will be on hand to demonstrate and answer questions. Come see and touch animal furs, replica skulls, animal models, and other natural history materials. For little artists, coloring pages and washable markers will be on hand. Open rain or shine. For ages Pre-K and up. This is a great family activity.

Join the Trustees of Reservations for Community Day at Long Hill! Once a month, enjoy free admission all day and experience everything Long Hill has to offer. United States Coast Guard Station Gloucester is having an open house and safe boating day! Stop by and learn all about the Coast Guard and its important role in Gloucester. The United States Coast Guard Station Gloucester annual Safe Boating Day Open House will feature local marine vendors, safe boating displays, flare demonstrations, tours of Coast Guard vessels, and more.
