David Garrity presents "Magic & Beyond" a one-man illusion show that features unique, theatrical and visual magic, audience participation, comedy, and a custom-edited musical soundtrack. The wizardry of David Garrity will delight children, and the child in every adult. Sunglasses appear in a flash of fire, a table floats mysteriously through the air, objects materialize and vanish, and witness the difficult and suspenseful "Straighjacket Challenge!" This show is a treat for the whole family!

Astronomy Observation Night at Salem State

Join the North Shore Amateur Astronomy Club at Salem State University

Ever wonder what you are actually seeing when you look into the night sky? Head to the Collins Observatory on the roof of Meier Hall at Salem State University for a free night of star-and-planet gazing with the North Shore Amateur Astronomy Club to find out. Collins Observatory is normally open on CLEAR, or MOSTLY CLEAR Monday nights from 7-10 PM.

Project Wild Thing Fundraiser

Project Wild Thing encourages families and children to reconnect with nature!

The Cape Ann Community Cinema hosts a fundraiser featuring a presentation of films by local children and the new documentary 'Project Wild Thing'! Kestrel Educational Adventures will first present films created by their 7-10 year old Nature Film Making Students, followed by a showing of this BRAND new documentary from Great Britain that encourages people to get outside and reconnect with nature!

Gingerbread Contest at Wenham Museum

Anybody can enter the 7th Annual Wenham Museum Gingerbread Contest!

All are invited to enter the 7th Annual Gingerbread Building Contest at the Wenham Museum! Individuals or groups of any experience level and any age are welcome to submit their creation as part of this years contest for display at this year's Gingerbread Express.

Members of the community are invited to create gingerbread buildings with a food related theme: a candy cane factory, a pizza parlor or even a green grocer!

Entry is FREE and all entries will be returned to bakers after the display!
