Join us for a few hours of fun and discovery at the Children's Fall Fair -- Sunday, October 6th 10am -1pm at Hamond Nature Center located at the end of Everett Paine Boulevard in Marblehead. Hosted by Sustainable Marblehead in partnership with Marblehead Recreation and Parks Department, the Fair will include hands-on, family-friendly activities, displays and presentations connected to sustainability and environmental protection, designed for ages 10 and under.
Come to the Rowley Town Common to enjoy a celebration of farms and farming. In addition to the the famers market, there will be working antique tractors will be on display for judging. Enjoy a live music performance at the common's Gazebo by the Then Again Band from 10 am - noon. The 12th Annual Happy as a Clam race - now powered by Great Marsh Brew Co, an excluisve Flagship Sponsor - is Friday, September 13, 2019! This event is open to anyone who wants to support a community school and all the wonderful enrichment programs the students enjoy throughout the year. The 5K route meanders through the beautiful back roads of Essex. The Kids Fun Dashes are always a hit, with even the littlest ones smiling from start to finish. Come out, lace up, and pound the pavement for the students of EES. It's sure to be another fun race this year!
The Museum of Printing’s Annual Printing Arts Fair is a fun day for kids and families! Families will have a great time with printing, typing, a treasure hunt, demonstrations, shopping, tours, and a raffle!
On the last weekend of July, artisans and fine craftsfolk from all over New England will show and sell their work on the South Village Green in Ipswich, MA. Olde Ipswich Days is a favorite for all to meet and greet old friends and new, browse the booths and do some early holiday shopping, or make some timely indulgences. The fair features the works of more than 60 artists and crafters. Look for sterling, gold, or beaded jewelry, unusual photography, woodwork, knitted textiles, dried flowers and grapevines, cut or stained glass, tapestry, a variety of pottery, and paintings in all mediums, toys, and handmade soaps, and hot dogs and refreshments.
The Essex Street Fair is a two-day event held in downtown Salem and is part of the Slemn Heritage Festivities! Come visit the Essex Street Fair during Salem Heritage Days to see over 40 vendors, listen to some live music, and enjoy historic Salem.
