The NYS Youth Council presents the HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL. Kids in grades 6-8 can come o the Nock Gym for some some Halloween fune! Pay at the door $5 for Rec Center Members/ $10 for non-members. Costume contest, games, Dancing, Photo Booth, Food and More. The event is 6-9pm, participants can leave at any time, but no re-entry is allowed. The event is planned, organized and run by members of the Youth Council and Supervised by NYS Staff.

The Notch Traveling Biergarten is stopping by Castle Hill. Enjoy a tasty session beer while taking in the magnificent views from the Grand Allee. Bring a picnic lunch or grab a bite from onsite vendor Empanada Dada. A limited number of picnic tables will be available. Picnic blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Interested? Sawyer Free Library invites kids to a great program that digs into their creativity! There will be lots fo great craft activities for kids to express themselves including: make your poster for the Topsfield Fair, gorw a grass head, make a dinosaur skeleton, create a jeweled turtle and more! This is a great hands-on learning experience for children ages 2 and up!
Learn about the Folly Cove Designers' process, then get to work in the Children's Activity Center. Explore the Folly Cove Designs, create prints using stamps, foam shapes and styrofoam. Also, examine a linoleum block and tools similar to those used by the original Designers. This drop-in program is free for members and Cape Ann residents or with Museum admission.
