Pumpkin Carving Contest!

All ages are welcome for our Fifth Annual Pumpkin Carving contest on Saturday the 27th! There will be some fall snacks, beautiful pumpkins to be carved, and great prizes for the winning pumpkins (both kids and adults).

Kids will learn about the plants that can be found in Dogtown, then make a project with found objects! Morning at the Museum is a drop-off program for children ages 6 to 12 that's full of art and history activities. Space is limited; reservations are required.

Maritime Gloucester students will learn collograph print making with local artist Camilla MacFadyen. You will build collograph printing plates out of seaweed collected on site and print some 30 yards of blue and green silk charmeuse and organza with the patterns of the sea.
Pathways for Children invites you to a FREE Night at the Movies for a screening of 'Despicable Me' in the Multipurpose Room of Pathways for Children! Come walk down the red carpet dressed as your favorite movie character with prizes for the most creative costumes and popcorn for all! Are there fairies and gnomes at Ravenswood Park? Using only all natural materials found on the forest floor, kids can create your their own secret home. Elves, gnomes or fairies will love them! Even our littlest wildlife friends will enjoy checking out your wee secret home. Wear your faery frock and dance along the children's trail with wee secret homes!

Pick up last minute gifts, food and meet up with your community before hibernating with your family and friends! You could even buy a gift membership for a friend this holiday season and share lots of fun times at the market together next growing season! A gift that truly keeps on giving!
Join us & the Gloucester Clean City Commission to learn how to turn a t-shirt into a tote bag! Bring a shirt you would like to turn into a bag or use one provided. All supplies will be provided at this free event and all kids will take home their finished product! Registration required. Kids 8-12. Call or register for a spot online.
Celebrate Halloween with us! Carve a pumpkin to take home for halloween, have your face painted and take a Halloween Photos too.
