Candy, games, costumes and fun! Come join us for our second annual Trunk or Treat Halloween. The festival is free and open to the entire community! Decorate your trunk in your favorite Fall/Halloween theme. Dress up in costume, hand out treats to Children who trick or treat to each vehicle. Contact Ashley Snell Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA to register a vehicle display. YMCA will provide the candy.
The Annual Marblehead Museum Pumpkin Illumination in collaboration with the Marblehead Family Fund will take place in the Jeremiah Lee Mansion Gardens. All carved, painted and decorated pumpkins welcome. Judging by town “celebrity” judges for categories with prizes. All the town goblins and ghouls will want to stop by to take a peek at these wild creations during the town-wide Trick or Treat. Live music by Karen K and the Jitterbugs
The Abbot Public Library invites young children to come in costume to our library party! Our teen volunteers have created some spooky snacks, creepy crafts, ghoulish games, and Halloween-themed stories for kids of all ages. Wear your costume or come as you are!
The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce will host a Trick or Treat night at participating stores throughout town in celebration of Halloween. Take the kids out trick or treating throughout the business district and enjoy sweets and treats, spooky savings & extended shopping hours at participating businesses throughout town.
Tower School, an independent day school located in Marblehead, serving pre-k through grade 8, celebrates harvest time through family-friendly field games, nature-based explorations in its science labs and art studios—and of course, with FOOD!

Decorated pumpkins may be left to be submitted into the MFF's Pumpkin Illumination on 10/24 (for a chance to win prizes!). Admission include everything needed to decorate a pumpkin! Join us for a few hours of fun and discovery at the Children's Fall Fair -- Sunday, October 6th 10am -1pm at Hamond Nature Center located at the end of Everett Paine Boulevard in Marblehead. Hosted by Sustainable Marblehead in partnership with Marblehead Recreation and Parks Department, the Fair will include hands-on, family-friendly activities, displays and presentations connected to sustainability and environmental protection, designed for ages 10 and under.
