Walk

Join the Trustees as darkness settles on the farm to immerse yourself in a nighttime adventure, guided only by the glow of the full moon. On this journey, participants will learn about the mysteries that the full moon holds, and hear folk lore from around the world that celebrates her presence. We will venture out into the night to walk in her soft glow and listen for the sounds of nighttime on the farm. The evening will end with hot chocolate and a newfound appreciation for the magic that the night sky holds.

There is almost nothing more peaceful than a evening walk at the Crane Estate, and we would like to invite your family to join us for a unique hiking experience. With the full moon rising over the Atlantic, we’ll start with a sunset stroll along Crane Beach admiring this spectacle before heading into the dunes to explore it’s trails under the light of the full moon. This is a great opportunity to get the kids outside, share the joys of nature at twillight, and bond with your family.

Come celebrate the arrival of Spring Easter Weekend at the Tortoise and the Hare 5K & 10K and Color Run!! The color run is not timed, but sure to be fun! 100% of the net proceeds will be allocated to the Salisbury Parks and Recreation for the continued development of Partridge Brook Park.

Our engaging and experienced staff will introduce families to local beaches, forests, and wetlands to make observations in nature, identify wildlife, and enjoy hands on science activities outdoors.
