Thanksgiving

Cool weather Fall running is back! This year the Winner's Circle Running Club has moved our annual 5K to Salisbury! It will be run Thanksgiving morning November 23rd. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and the race starts promptly at 8:30. We feature runner and family friendly trails and post race refreshments. Our new course which is primarily on a rail trail offers a fast and flat but scenic course! Pre-register to lock in the lowest rates! Race day registration will be available at $35.

Breakheart Reservation invites you to a Thanksgiving run/walk! Join us for the annual Breakheart Turkey Trot, a fun-filled event for runners and walkers of all ages! Lace up your sneakers and get ready to hit the scenic trails of Breakheart Reservation in Saugus, MA, USA. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event has something for everyone. No preregistration required!

The Essex Lion's Club hosts the annual turkey trot in beautiful Essex Massachusetts! This year the race is a 5K and a 5k fun walk.  Race starts at 11:00am for runners and 10am for walkers.  Registration is at Woodman’s Restaurant (upstairs), 121 Main Street, Essex, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, or pre-register online.  

After a successful local Fall harvest, the Ipswich Farmer's Market is having a Thanksgiving market just in time to stock up the pantry for Turkey Day! The Market will be held indoors at the Ascension Memorial Church rain or shine! Buy LOCAL ingedients for your Thanksgiving feast for a greener, healthier, and tastier holiday. Fall produce, lots of great locally made gift products and music by Orville Giddings.
