Lisa Hutchings Teacher-Naturalist from Mass Audubon's Joppa Flats Education Center and the crew of Newburyport Harbor Tours Inc.'s Yankee Clipper invite you and your family for an exciting exploration of the lower Merrimack River ecosystem. We'll practice hands-on science, use interactive propgs, and look for seabirds, seals, and waterfowl on every trip. Enjoy cruising and learning about this vital part of the area's natural history.

Young at Art at CAM

Young at art is a program for toddlers at the Cape ann museum in Gloucester Massachusetts

Bring your toddler to Cape Ann Museum on the second Thursday of each month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for Young at Art, a gallery-based storytime! Recommended for children ages 4 and younger with an adult. This drop-in program is free for members or with Museum admission. In this Imagine, Sing and Learn Session, you and your child will learn all about the tide pool habitiat and the creatures that live there. Using fun props and lots of hands on science, we’ll look at everything there is to know about this habitat found along the coast!

Color Blast at Crane Beach

Come celebrate Ipswich's Local Color at Crane Beach in Ipswich Massachusetts

Come to the white sands of CRANE BEACH to collectively welcome Springs revitalization with a BLAST of COLOR! Beach Bonfire & Om Drum 1-3pm, Color Blast precisely at 2pm! Bring a drum and join the circle if you like. We will have some number of percussion instruments available to share. Event is FREE. Crane Beach Parking fees apply.
