Bike Safety Rodeo at Lynch Park

Kids and families are invited to Lynch Park in Beverly Massachusetts for a the bike safety rodeo hosted by Beverly Police!

Free! Fun safety course, bike inspections, and free helmets in the parking lot at Lynch Park. The George Robertson memorial bike rodeo is hosted by the Beverly Police Department, with generous contributions by the Beverly Kiwanis. All who attend will be instructed in bicycle safety, and all can participate in a safety obstacle course. There will also be bike inspections, free helmets (quantities limited) and more!

Kids will learn the skill of cross-stitching at the Amesbury Carriage Museum in Massachusetts.

The first class will introduce the timeless art of cross-stitch. In this beginner-friendly workshop, children will learn the basics of cross-stitch while creating a beautiful bookmark to take home. The new Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from ASHI gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, to dealing with parents and children, to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, the magazine-format CABS guide and vlogger-style video make learning fun. Participants will be trained and certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.

The Massachusetts Environmental Police will be holding a Safe boating course in Ipswich at Town Hall

U.S. Coast Guard & Massachusetts State Approved Boating Safety Course - "Boat America". This is THE course to get you educated, safe, and ready for proper vessel operation as well as covering the lawful requirements as a boater. We're proud to present this nationally recognized boating safety course, titled "Boat America".
