The Reid's Ride 28-Mile Bike Ride is held each year on the third Sunday in July. This year’s Ride is on July 19. Now in its 16th year, Reid’s Ride is a true North Shore event where participants cycle at their own pace on a quiet summer Sunday morning along the town and country roads of Essex County from Lynnfield High School to Gloucester’s seaside Stage Fort Park. This nationally recognized annual fundraiser is perfect for all ages and abilities. At the finish line participants are greeted by friends and family and to food, refreshments, music and prizes!
The Pan-Mass Challenge Cape Ann Kids' Ride will be one of many PMC Kids Rides held in neighborhoods throughout New England and beyond. Through the PMC Kids Rides program, nearly 6,000 cyclists between the ages of two and 15 will ride between one and 26 miles in mini-bike-a-thons to raise money for cancer research.

Cycling enthusiasts of all abilities can ride through some of Essex County’s most beautiful landscapes in this annual road cycle event to benefit local land conservation. Whether a seasoned road cyclist or a beginner, you can enjoy at your own pace one of three routes offered by Tour de Greenbelt: a half-century (50 miles) and a shorter route (25 miles), and new this year, a 40-mile Gravel Grinder Route. The routes showcase more than 50 of Greenbelt’s exquisite conserved properties.
This summer, the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) Greater Newburyport Kids Ride will be one of many PMC Kids Rides throughout New England and beyond. Come join the fun, camaraderie and inspiration at the PMC Greater Newburyport Kids Ride as kids ages 3-13 ride the Clipper City Rail Trail or a tricycle obstacle course at Cashman Park to raise money for Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund. This professional road race runs a short circuit through the streets of Beverly, with categories for amateur, master and elite riders! Its an evening of fun for the whole whether you're a spectator or a participant!
Do you have a kid or two that wants to get their mountain bike on the trails but aren't sure how to get them started? Or does your child ride at school and want to go out with you? We've got the perfect ride for you! How technical the ride is will depend on participant ability and we are happy to give tips and instruction as we go. We meet up behind Gordon College and loop through their trails for about an hour.

Join The Trustees of Reservations on a bicycle tour of Cape Ann! This family friendly 30 mile ride around Cape Ann will hug the coastal roads filled with beautiful, scenic vistas! From the rocky shores of Halibut Point Reservation in Rockport, we'll circumnavigate the Cape Ann Island out to Coolidge Reservation in Manchester, then return to Halibut Point.
