Food, music, live entertainment, dance, craft and fun come together for a great family time at the Downtown Gloucester Block every Third Saturday through September! Five music stages, shopping 'til 11pm, outside sidewalk dining, live dance performances and all kinds of other fun things to do make the streets come alive. Kids will love the singers and roaming magician, and they'll find games, facepainting, kids snacks, balloons, giant chess and more in 'Kids Town'!

Market Square Day

Market Square Day has been a Newburyport tradition for over 50 years!

Market Square Day features is a juried craft show with all handmade items from some of the most talented artisans in New England. This year the Market Square Craft Day Event will be combined with the Artisans Revival (held on Inn Street all nine days throughout Yankee Homecoming).  Both are  juried shows with all handmade items from some of the most talented artisans in New England.  We are pleased to have back some of your favorites as well as some new crafters with amazing talents.

Essex County Trail Association is hosting the annual Equine EXPO at Topsfield Fairgrounds

ESSEX COUNTY TRAIL ASSOCIATION is hosting the 24th annual EQUINE EXPO to be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 9-3 in the Arena Building at the Topsfield Fairgrounds on Route 1, Topsfield, MA.  This popular event draws over 800 people each year.  Individuals, groups & businesses make up over 80 booths offering goods and services, new and used, for the horse and rider/driver. Celebrating 15 years of serving families in the greater Newburyport area, the Greater Newburyport Families Club (GNFC) is expanding their successful Baby and Kids’ Consignment Sale series to host their first-ever “GNFC Purge & Purchase” for women and men’s clothing, shoes, and accessories on February 8 - 9 at PITA Hall on Plum Island in Newbury. The focus is on gently-used brand-name and on-trend items; no jewelry. This event is open to both members and non-members, and it is at no cost to participants.
