Tale of a Whale, Preschool Festival at the Ipswich YMCA

The whalemobile is coming to the Ipswich YMCA!

Join us for an open house featuring all our program offerings for preschool age children! The Whale Mobile will be on hand (giant inflatable whale with educational presentation about whales in our New England waters) plus we'll play sports games, get creative with an art project and dramatic play, and even learn about water safety. The event is free to the community.

To recognize national anti-bullying month, the farm will come alive with music focused on the theme of ending bullying.  Spookley the Square Pumpkin, National Bullying Prevention Month's mascot, will be onsite to teach kids about the disruptive nature of bullying, and to support kids who have been bullied.

Piping Plover 5K Race
