Join the Polar Explorers Club (after-school adventures for kids ages 7-12) for hardy adventurers ready to explore in the coldest weather. We'll learn how to read a compass and build a shelter, track animals and end our day around the wood stove hearing tales of high adventure. Dress for the outdoors!

From 1884 – 1917, Mason A. Walton lived a hermit's life in Ravenswood Park. He closely observed, wrote, and drew about wildlife behaviors and published a book in 1903. As we walk in his footsteps to the site of his cabin, we'll track signs of wildlife just as Walton did. Celebrate Harvest Season at the Sargent House Museum! Come with friends and family to discover some of Gloucester's History through art and community, enjoy seasonal foods and cider with old friends and new during open hours. Tour this historic landmark, one of Gloucester's firts grand homes featuring the beautiful craftsmanship, architecture and style of an era long gone by. You'll also hear a bit of the inspiring story of the original owner, women's rights advocate Judith Sargent Murray (1751-1820).

If your child has shown interest in learning to skate, or just a genereal interest in team sports, hockey coudl be for them!
