Salem's Essex Street Fair

Take advantage of the Massachusetts Tax Holiday at the Essex Street Fair Salem!

The Essex Street Fair is a two-day event held in downtown Salem and is part of the Slemn Heritage Festivities! Come visit the Essex Street Fair during Salem Heritage Days to see over 40 vendors, listen to some live music, and enjoy historic Salem. Vendor sales include jewelry, handmade crafts, art, food, and much more! The Essex Street Fair will be held along the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall and you can shop on Saturday & Sunday, August 11 & 12, from 10am-6pm. This event brings thousands of visitors, so you do not want to miss out!

Free Movies at Lynch Park: Jumanji

Kids and families are invited to Lynch Park for a free showing of Jumanji!
Enjoy a free showing of popular family oriented films at Lynch Park in Beverly! Four high school kids discover an old video game console and are drawn into the game's jungle setting, literally becoming the adult avatars they chose. What they discover is that you don't just play Jumanji - you must survive it. To beat the game and return to the real world, they'll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, discover what Alan Parrish left 20 years ago, and change the way they think about themselves - or they'll be stuck in the game forever.

Paddle for Plummer

Paddle for Plummer is a fun and fantastic annual fundraiser for the Plummer Home in Salem MA

The 6th Annual Paddle for Plummer on July 13th, 2019 will be a day full of energy, stoke, fun and fitness for a fantastic cause! You don’t want to miss it! There will be over 400 participants and spectators enjoying live music, food, waterfront spinning, SUP yoga, and, of course, paddling on our beautiful waterfront property at Plummer Youth Promise in Salem, MA. Locally and internationally known sponsors and vendors will be there doing demos and supporting Plummer Youth Promise. All proceeds to the Plummer Home.

Moana at Plum Island 'Drive-In'

Plum Island Drive-In Fundaraiser for Newburyport Youth Services featuring 'Moana'!

Enjoy a beautiful night on at the ocean's edge at the Plum Island Beach parking lot converted into a 'Drive-in'. Grab your friends or family, jump in the car and head over to Plum Island for a weekend of drive-in movies to kick off this summer! All proceeds to benefit the Newburyport Youth Services scholarship funds. This showing will be Disney's Moana!  An adventurous teenager sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demigod Maui, who guides her in her quest to become a master way-finder.

Cat's Meow Sundays

Kids will have a blast exploring the Trustees of Reservations Crane Estate in Ipswich Massachusetts!

Mrs. Crane’s cat has gone missing and there’s a party tonight! Only you can help the household staff find the cat AND get ready for the party at the same time! This interactive tour program takes families through the house looking for where the cat might be hiding, while also learning about the house and family. Recommended for children ages 4-8. Unlike our in-season Cat's Meow tour, it is recommended that you pre-register for our vacation week dates.
