The Amesbury Cultural Council is bringing back the Pines Music Festival to Amesbury Town Park for it’s second year in a row. The festival is free, family-friendly and open to the public. The festival features 3 bands, a variety of food, and a beer garden. Come to Amesbury to enjoy the peaceful setting of Amesbury Pines and the newly restored bandstand!
Kids of all ages, join us on the lawn behind the library as we host the Toe Jam Puppet Band!
Toe Jam offers interactive & theatrical entertainment that families can enjoy together. Audience members of all ages are encouraged to sing and dance along to original songs and interactive storytelling. Get ready for a Car Wash, watch out for the Flying Laundry and be prepared to laugh with glee, Toe Jam style! *In case of rain, we will hold the concert on the 3rd floor of the library building*

You can pack a picnic dinner, bring the kids, and get ready to dance the night away under the stars on the Grand Allée. Explore the landscaped grounds and the family "Eye Spy."
A perennial favorite for young children, teens, forty something’s and seniors alike. This musical street fair is held in Danvers Square. Friends gather to dance to the music by Chris Culkeen, eat fair food, take a chance on raffles, and enjoy a beautiful summer evening. Danvers Square will be blocked off for your enjoyment. Limited chairs available, please feel free to bring a lawn chair along.
Kids and their Teddy Bear (or other special friend) are invited to a story time and tea. The program will include stories, songs and a formal tea for you and your Teddy Bear served on the Museum's special china! Space is limited and registration required for this event. The The Trustees of Reservations are hosting The Orchestra on the Hill for a Spring concert at Castle Hill on the Crane Estate! Celebrate Spring with a delightful evening of concerto favorites performed at the beautiful Crane Castle with music by Mozart, Haydn, Caliendo and Handel. The Orchestra on the Hill will perform feature presentations by renown soloists from the North Shore area. As a special tribute to our gifted young musicians in Ipswich, we will feature youth cello soloist winner, Tessa Devoe.
The Van Kuijk Quartet - Nicolas Van Kuijk, violin | Sylvain Favre-Bulle, violin | Emmanuel François, viola | François Robin, cello - will be performing at the Shalin Liu performing arts center. Winners of the 2015 Wigmore Hall String Quartet Competition along with the Best Beethoven and Best Haydn prizes, the Quartet has also won the First Prize and Audience Award at the Trondheim International Chamber Music Competition and are laureates of the Aix-en-Provence Festival Academy and the FNAPEC Ensembles Music Competition.
The Honors Chamber Music Concert features Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras top musicians all of whom demonstrate a high level of skill and musicianship. This special concert will include music from some of the great masters of the chamber music genre in addition to more contemporary composers. Audience members are invited to attend a reception immediately following the concert to celebrate the accomplishments of these talented young musicians. This concert is free and open to the public.
The Phillips Academy Music Department will present a concert featuring the Academy Concert Bands and ensembles under the direction of Vincent Monaco and Peter Cirelli. The program will feature the music of Vaughn Williams, Seldon, Sousa, Dvořák, and others. The concert, which is free of charge and open to the public, will take place in Cochran Chapel located on the Phillips Academy campus, the Phillips Academy campus.
