Come to the Museum Come join us for a week of exploration into our relationship with nature and discover new ways to become a steward of the earth. There will be drop in art activities, collaborative art projects, multisensory tours, artist demonstrations and more! The museum hosts a weeklong celebration (10am - 4pm daily) of Black History Month and the exhibition 'Jacob Lawrence: The American Struggle' through family-friendly art making, music and storytelling. The Children's Museum of New Hampshire hosts the Make or Break it Club every Friday from 3:00-4:45 pm. Kids ages 6-12 are invited to drop in to try their hand at a variety of hands-on "making" experiences, using real tools and materials. No reservations are required and different experiences are offered each week. The cost is $8 per session for museum members and $10 for non-members. Multi-session punch cards are also available for kids who want to come each week.
Wenham Museum celebrates community creativitiy with their new LEGO art exhibit! A display of over 60 unique sculptures by amateur and semi-professional LEGO artists showcases the creative talents of the community using a unique artistic medium. Carefully-configured towers, creatures and imaginary places built by children and adults will move and amaze you! Think out-of-the-box and build your own miniature masterpieces at our creative stations in this colorful exhibit.
