Growing Strong | Free Youth Fitness Program
A free youth fitness class run by Beverly High School volunteers. Children are welcome to attend any number of the classes. Growing Strong is a new, free, youth program that aims to provide a welcoming, social environment for children to begin a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is so important, especially for young children. It not only benefits a child’s overall physical health but also improves self esteem, concentration and decreases stress.

Joppa Flats Education Center invites families to drop in to meet live caterpillars, moths, and butterflies! Learn how to attract birds and other wildlife to your own yard and safely identify insects. Comic Workshop | Creating Comic Strips and Gag Cartoons
Ages 11-16: Boston-based author/illustrator Jonathan Todd (the upcoming Scholastic graphic novel “Timid") is back, this time for a two-hour workshop on writing and drawing cartoons geared for laughs.
