You and your family are invited to share in a Winter Holidays celebration at our Open House on Friday, December 1 from 5pm – 9pm. During this free event we invite you to explore our latest exhibits, enjoy refreshments and live music from the Newburyport Choral Society and the Great Port Sound!, In addition, there will be an online wreath auction. Come to the Street Fair in Magnolia Village! Crafters of all kinds will line Lexington Avenue showing their wares, a huge craft fair will line the street, and more. Don’t miss this one! Inside the MLC the Magnolia Shoppe will be open along with the opportunity to purchase large pictures of old time Magnolia and have your questions answered by Judy Gilliss. All proceeds will go to benefit the Magnolia Historical Society.

Join the Musary for a fun night of revelry while supporting a local organization that helps local kids follow their love of music! The Symphony of Trees is our premier fundraising effort, which includes live entertainment, dinner, tree auction, and red carpet arrival. Monies raised from this event will support our mission in procuring musical instruments, refurbishing well-loved donated instruments, supporting instrument playgrounds, and making the library’s collection accessible to a wider audience.

Join HWRHS Choirs and A Cappella groups for the Annual Harvest Concert & Auction. Harvest, annually held on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, is an opportunity for family, friends and school alumni to come to HWRHS and enjoy a night of beautiful singing and fun. Concert choir holds a bake sale and silent auction to raise money for the choral program. These funds go toward field trip costs, guest speakers, workshops, and so much more.
