Every year, the Boston sea Rovers host a two day clinic dedicated to increasing awareness and appreciation of the marine environment, and this year there will be a day of FREE activities and demos for the kid on Sunday! Join the Sea Rovers for fun ocean related activities and presentations during the day.  Admission to these special Sunday Kids Day programs for children and adults are FREE!* Children must be accompanied by an adult.

CMNH hosts a mini iron chef pizza challenge!

The Children's Museum of New Hampshire hosts an Iron Chef challenge for kids! Kids who love to cook are invited to test their skill at the Children’s Museum of NH’s fourth annual Mini Iron Chef Challenge on Sunday, March 9. This event is sponsored by Hannaford Supermarkets as part of the FoodWorks partnership that Hannaford created with the museum.

Miss Massachusetts High School America at Sawyer Free Library

Sawyer Free Library is hosts Grace Rose Papp, Miss Massachusetts High School America, for a 'Crown that C.A.R.E.S' presentation for elementary school aged kids! Grace is a multi-talented young woman who tours the state delivering the C.A.R.E.S (Create a Respectful Environment in Schools) program's message to kids. The program teaches kids skills for dealing with bullying and harassment prevention. Grace teaches tolerance for a safe and bully-free environment at school.

All Ages Makers Workshop at CMNH

Learn How to solder with simple kits that have taught thousands this basic elect

The Children's Museum of New Hampshire hosts an all ages maker workshop! Join Alex Nunn of Seacoast Makers to learn how to solder, make a robot badge and build an LED light that can be controlled by a switch. Fee: $10 per adult or adult/child pair, plus $6 materials fee. Mass Audubon full and half day programs for kids ages 6-12 at Joppa Flats Center

Joppa Flats Summer Camp is the perfect place for youth with an interest in and curiosity about the world around them. Their weekly summer themes offer a wide range of topics – everything from oceans to birds to nature art – as well as opportunities for children to experience hands-on science, discuss reasons “why” and “how” things happen, handle live animals, explore the outdoors, and create art projects to take home. Joppa Flats programs stress environmental awareness, having fun, and learning, both indoors and out. Manchester Sailing Association

The Manchester Sailing Association teaches kids aged 8 and up how to sail.

The Manchester Sailing Association offers sailing lessons for children and adults of all ability levels. MSA is a community sailing program open to both residents and non-residents of Manchester.
